Do you see patients in person?
We are set up with HIPAA-compliant video meetings through which we are able to conduct in-depth functional medicine consultations.
What is the cost of this program?
Program investment ranges from $2,000 to $4,000 depending on the level of testing and ongoing support your case requires. Exact pricing is confirmed on your discovery call once we understand your needs, there is no obligation to move forward after the call.
Payment plans are available. If a payment plan is the right fit for your situation, that conversation happens on the call. We want the financial structure to be clear before you make any decision.
Do you accept Insurance?
At this time, the Leaky Gut Relief Coaching Program is a non-insurance value-based program. We do NOT file claims with insurance carriers. At the end of your program, we can provide you with a super bill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
How can I afford this program?
We accept FSA/HSA, Care Credit, and offer payment plans. Should you choose payment plan option we will require that you keep your card on file and automatic monthly payments will be drafted through out the duration of your program.
